Francisco Leite founded Link Solutions in 2008 and since its acquisition by TNS in 2019 is now Legal and Human Resources Director for TNS in Brazil. In this role he is responsible for all administrative, human resources and legal areas across TNS’ São Paolo and João Pessoa offices. Francisco has extensive experience in contracts for international legislation in Brazil and since the acquisition of Link Solutions by TNS in 2019, he has worked closely with TNS’ global executive team to amalgamate the companies and to lead new business projects.Prior to founding Link Solutions, he specialized in Civil Procedural Law, working for many years in the defense of the rights of federal civil servants, in addition to working as a legal consultant for the State of Paraíba.Francisco holds an LLM degree in International Trade and Investments from the Thomas Jefferson School of Law in San Diego, California, USA and an MBA from Fundação Getulio Vargas (FGV) in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.In his spare time Francisco enjoys mountain biking, traveling the world and learning new languages.
