HFM’s Attorney Francisco Loayza is experienced with complex issues that clients face in employment, construction, and business disputes. Currently, Mr. Loayza is part of the Construction Law practice at HFM which represents owners, general contractors, subcontractors, developers, suppliers, and sureties (among others) in all matters including but not limited to mechanic’s liens and breach of contract via project abandonment.In addition, Mr. Loayza is part of HFM’s Employment Law practice. He is sophisticated in employment matters ranging from wage and hour issues, to sexual harassment, discrimination, retaliation, and wrongful termination.
