For more than 25 years, I have been accompanying companies in the management of their IT services in order to engage their business evolution. During this time, with roles as Production Manager, Senior IT Project Manager, Scrum Master, or IT Manager, I have managed IT areas and projects of large companies such as Correos, Generalitat, Gemalto or GBfoods, leading successfully during my career IT teams with more than 40 employees, and managing IT budgets till € 3.6Mill.I have covered my professional career basically focused on 3 main areas:• During the last 16 years of my career I have worked as Production Manager in SIGMA company, and Senior Project Manager in Tokiota and T-Systems companies, having a large number of projects completed according to planning; even going as far as obtaining a corporate bonus as a reward for the effort and optimal results achieved in a project for Correos (complex and very demanding migration to the cloud).• Being at T-Systems in those years, I also participated in the pre-sale phases of large contracts as leader of the project part of the offer, helping to win important contracts, and also obtaining a corporate bonus as a reward for excellent work in a pre-sale for the Generalitat, which produced several lots awarded in a value of more than 400Mill€• In the first 12 years of my career, I led the IT departments of two important companies in their sector as Director of Information Technology: Conei and Grupo Eptisa, carrying out in these companies the implementation and modernization of technologies fully in line with the business needsIn this way, I have been able to acquire both a great experience in team development, as well as extensive knowledge in various IT technologies; and at the same time, doing important management and business trainings including from an MBA to various project management methodologies such as PMP and Scrum.
