As an engineer, I am focused on developing solutions and delivering projects, and I get results. I like working in transparent environments with a clear vision, mission, and methods, and I enjoy working cross-functionally on continuous improvements to ensure that processes are aligned with goals. Over the last 12 years, I have had the opportunity to work with great clients and build amazing field and engineering teams. The people aspect of my work is also very important to me, and I believe in leading through trust, training, and guidance. Assuming responsibility for numerous projects, I develop plans first by defining the start and end and bringing in my team to review the relevant information. I have experience working with large budgets, short timelines, and putting together a team of experts quickly. My favorite stories are: - In my previous role, I have supported the complete Wastewater Plant SCADA/PLC replacement for Broward County, managing the control strategies testing, including all servers, workstations, and human design interface.

I have successfully designed, coordinated, and led improvement projects for Remote Terminal Units associated to lift stations and master pump stations for water and wastewater systems.

While at Honeywell, I gained expertise in their technology solutions and became an instructor at the Honeywell Automation College, working with a diverse group of clients in the industry to ensure their continued success beyond implementation.

I enjoy networking with professionals worldwide to discuss relevant and innovative topics in the field and am always expanding my knowledge. Outside of work, I am in various Beach Volleyball leagues and groups.
