Led the promotion office for the State, focused on positioning Puebla as the ideal investment destination in México.- Launched ‘Invest in Puebla’ website within 3 months by working cross-functionally with 20+ stakeholders.- Boosted 3 KPIs by implementing the first investor-oriented survey, fine-tuning our investment attraction products. - Secured a USD XXM investment of a FAANG company by successfully aligning 10+ stakeholders and translating technical requirements into non-technical recommendations to leadership.- Working cross functionally with an international consulting firm, successfully designed, validated, implemented and managed the strategies to promote the State of Puebla as an attractive destination for Foreign Direct Investments.- Coordinated and led official diplomatic visits to the State. Grant program included working and attending graduate level courses in the United States, with the objective of fostering US-Mexico bilateral relations, including:- Management of Technology graduate courses at the University of New Mexico (UNM)- Program Manager & Consultant at the New Mexico Trade Alliance- Co-President of the Consulting Consortium at the UNMExtended the Fulbright, for the first time in the Binational Business program inside the United States, to create the "Export Readiness Metric".
