  Responsible for the area of communication with the club associates. The objective of this internship was to update the database information of each club member, namely their email, phone contacts and bank details. Therefore, it was possible to develop the necessary digital infrastructures for an effective communication with the members in the long term and to generate new alternatives to the monthly membership fee payment process. With this experience I was able to learn strategies to effectively communicate with the most important elements of a club, its members.Once the internal context of the club was known, some solutions were suggested to the management of this association with the purpose of expanding the visibility of the club in the city and how to attract more members.
