The design review allowed the company to save 15% of the of the structural steel, reduce the number of elements to erect in 25% and allow for the construction methodology that had been considered to be the most efficient.* Superintended supply-chain team and 30 million USD budget, purchasing from raw materials to services, from Brazil and overseas.* Developed the strategy and supervised rollout logistics for goods valued in 60 million USD for FIFA 2014 World Cup contracts, including all tax related aspects of goods circulation in the country
