Caldas Late Night is a nonprofit cultural and artistic event with more than 25 years of existence. The event lasts for three days and is one of the major cultural events of the central region of Portugal. For the 2022 and 2023 editions, I had the pleasure of being a part of the core production team, being responsible for developing and organizing documentation (roadmaps, financial spreadsheets, presentations, sponsorship deals, etc) to ensure that the event could happen and prosper in the future.
