Caldas Late Night is a nonprofit cultural and artistic event with more than 25 years of existence. The event lasts for three days and is one of the major cultural events of the central region of Portugal. For the 2022 and 2023 editions, I had the pleasure of being a part of the core production team, being responsible for developing and organizing documentation (roadmaps, financial spreadsheets, presentations, sponsorship deals, etc) to ensure that the event could happen and prosper in the future.

Responsible for:- Developing a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction;- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs;- Improve customer product adoption and knowledge level;- Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support;- Optimize internal processes; - Analyze potential software/tools acquisition related to internal processes and customer experience.
