Francisco is an architect with experience in leading multidisciplinary teams both locally and internationally for the design and construction of architectural projects. He studied architecture at ETSA Valencia and completed his master's degree at ETSA Barcelona with a specialization in urban design and architecture linked to public space, graduating with honors. He later joined the UN Habitat III Secretariat in New York, where he worked on the development of the New Urban Agenda, participating in negotiation processes and organizing regional thematic meetings. He co-founded URLO Studio in 2017 where he is Director of Architectural Projects and has led the design of multiple projects of different scales in Ecuador, Colombia, Spain and Germany. Finally, he co-founded FARE, where he coordinates real estate project management, financial structuring, construction planning and budgets, and construction processes.
