Born and raised in Mexico, I have lived in Europe for the past 22 years; mainly in the UK and in Spain. I have over 25 years of experience as an international business and customer experience designer. I have led the design and implementation of large scale operational transformations enabled by digital platforms.Examples of organizations I have work with include: VOITH, NCR, Digicel, SSE Networks, UK Power Networks, Royal & Sun Alliance, ABB‐Alstom, and Cemex among many others.
