About Francisco Zamudio

Versatile business/application support/operations Analyst and Certified Scrum Master with significant experience in both corporate and public agency environments. People-oriented with excellent testing, training and procedural documentation skills--SOX-friendly. Fluent in both English and Spanish with U.S. citizenship.Interact quite well with clients and great at facilitating between them and the developers, ensuring that requirements/specifications are accounted for in the design and that fixes/enhancements are thoroughly tested before my working with Change Management to get these rolled out to the production environment and switching over to hyper-care mode immediately after that. In addition, great at training users and serve well as a point-of-contact to assist with SOX-related inquiries/audits.I should note that I work well individually and also as part of a collective team. I prefer working on the Operations side of things rather than Project Management whenever possible. I’m very easy to get along with and tend to establish good rapport with all stakeholders while also working in tandem with internal/external resources to see all issues resolved successfully. College educated although not college completed.
