As a KAM, I managed eleven accounts with an annual revenue of $587K, representing Johnson & Johnson, 8M, and Diversey. My responsibilities included planning, analyzing and tracking sales, expenses and debt according to the agreement made with each client, maintaining customer loyalty, and managing public procurement tenders

RegalaMetros.com was a wedding gift platform that allowed couples to use their gift money for their first real estate investment through crowdfunding. In the first two years, we executed operations worth $630K. Due to market dynamics, the company transitioned to a new business model, but we did not achieve the expected results as we were unable to scale the business. Consequently, we made the difficult decision to close the startup. We learned that execution is as important as having a good idea, and we realized that we had not executed properly.

I started as a co-founder of a startup whose goal was to solve the problem of lack of access to first housing, which affects around 11% of OECD member countries, that is, about 154 million people.In November 2013, along with my co-founders, we worked to find a solution to this problem. We decided to explore crowdfunding as a tool to access first housing. We created an MVP where we linked an Argentine bank that provided mortgage loans, using crowdfunding to access the necessary capital.The MVP didn't gain traction and create a framework to allow us to function. As a co-founder, I learned that being too early is as serious as having an idea that is not scalable.In 2015, we began to see how startups in the United States, Europe, and Latin America adapted models for virtual square meter purchases. I admire all those founders who, with a similar concern, managed to find a viable, scalable business model that provides access to first housing.

Latin America is home to a staggering 85% of family-owned businesses, which contribute 70% of the total employment in the private sector, according to a report on "Family Businesses in Latin America."As the co-editor of the leading Latin American portal dedicated to family businesses, my day-to-day tasks involved updating news, articles, and other important information for business owners. I also created and distributed weekly email newsletters to a vast database of over 23,000 readers. Additionally, I was responsible for managing events such as conferences, seminars, and work breakfasts, as well as handling advertising space (banners) in collaboration with family businesses.My deep admiration for the entrepreneurs behind these family businesses led me to collaborate with my father, a family business consultant, and take my first professional steps with him. During this time, I learned valuable tools and received guidance that has helped me excel in my role today.My passion for family businesses only grew from there. I had the incredible opportunity to work on the portal, which allowed me to fully appreciate the critical role family businesses play in the economic fabric of our society. I immersed myself in their fascinating stories of how they became successful, including the challenges they faced along the way, such as family disputes that led to restructuring.Through this experience, I learned a great deal from these enterprising individuals who continue to make a profound impact in their communities.
