I have been working in the IT field for more than 13 years now, in different positions, always curious to learn new skills, and take on new challenges. During the first years I had the pleasure to learn with the best colleagues I could ask for, they were very helpful, organized and gave me the confidence and recognition that helped me grow. These became qualities that I always looked for and tried to promote myself whenever I got a new position and a new team - a work environment with a strong sense of teamwork and great colleagues.I look back now and see how much I grew and showed that I am a fast learner, open minded dedicated and...🎯 Team player, goal oriented, and customer focusedI thoroughly enjoy working across teams and meeting different people, working together with them to reach an objective, negotiating, focused on the goal and empathically engaging with others.Customer focus is also an important aspect of my skill set, previous part time jobs in Portugal were mostly in this area and it is what I took from them and applied further on.🤝 Management and planning skills.Not only have I been applying these skills in my current job, where I coordinate and prioritize the different activities within my team and our partners, but also personally and in the past, where I managed an Art Group Exhibition with fellow university colleagues, planned and managed my own art exhibitions.👨‍🏫 Good technical IT knowledge and analytical skills and not afraid of new challenges!Naturally curious about different areas of IT, UI/ UX, Development... not only IT operations! I feel that my strongest point is my analytical skill - the ability to analyse the impact of changes, prepare accordingly and/ or solve problems efficiently with the ability to see the "big picture" is probably the skill that allowed me to grow the most when facing new challenges.🧑‍🎓 Teaching and mentoring.I originally intended to pursue a career in teaching after my graduation in Fine Arts, I even obtained a professional certification for Trainer in different areas of expertise, however, life took a different turn, but I keep this quality as a good asset, and I am sure will be useful as Project Manager.💻 Reporting and communication skills.These are skills developed in that last 4 - 5 years as Project Management Assistant, Lead and Service/ Product Owner. I like working with big data and seeing the big picture!🎨 Part time illustrator and experienced in creative field.I continue to develop my artistic skills, mostly in illustration and as a hobby!
