Opened up company's digital department, expanding their product offering and increasing their revenue as a result. Managed a group of multidisciplinary creatives through the ideation, production and deployment of all digital campaigns across the agency – from brand websites, branded web series, video games, display campaigns, and social media channels.Led initiatives to evangelize the company on the use of digital media for advertising practices.
