I’ve spent my career solving problems that matter to people. Over the past years, the human-centered design research approach has helped me to design and rethink new products and services across a range of industries, from health care and consumer goods to social media and digital products. I’m interested in questioning and re creating new ways on how we conduct experience research and strategy. By observing and talking with users, testing ideas and failing early, I believe that we can create more human and empathetic solutions that will have a great impact on people’s lives.
