I am Francisco Reina, PE, the founder of Reina Engineering with over 16 years of comprehensive civil engineering experience spanning both private and public sectors. A graduate of the University of Florida, my career has been defined by managing the design and execution of large-scale utility projects in South Florida while working with various consulting firms.Driven by a passion for my work, I established Reina Engineering to make a meaningful impact. Rooted in values instilled during my upbringing — hard work, dedication, and perseverance — I am committed to making a difference in the world, mentoring future engineers, and contributing to my community. A key part of our mission at Reina Engineering involves giving back; a portion of our profits supports environmental and educational non-profit organizations.I am actively involved in professional organizations including the Florida Engineering Society (FES), American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE), Engineers Without Borders (EWB), and the American Water Works Association (AWWA).
