• Desarrollar la programación continua y detallada en términos monetarios de las actividades y recursos necesarios para lograr metas y objetivos, sirviendo de instrumento de planificación, coordinación y control al Negocio de Neuquén Sur en YPF S.A.• Conformar equipos de trabajo, así mismo realizar reuniones periódicas con las distintas contratistas para desarrollar y controlar la programación física y económica de los proyectos dentro de los plazos y objetivos establecidos por el Negocio Neuquén Sur en YPF S.A.• Desarrollar informes periódicos que incluyan tableros de control físicos y económicos cuyos KPIs permitan promover acciones para el aseguramiento de los objetivos de los distintos proyectos, de acuerdo con lo establecido en los pliegos de condiciones técnicos de las obras.• Realizar análisis de riesgos en costo y tiempo de los proyectos, para alertar de desvíos y trabajar en conjunto con las diversas áreas en las estrategias para su mitigación.• Utilizar la guía del PMBOK (Project Management Body of Knowledge), como herramienta estándar en la gestión de proyectos del Project Management Institute (PMI).

Soporte financiero para mandos medios, gerentes y bases operativas:• Programación continua y detallada en términos monetarios de las actividades y recursos necesarios para lograr metas y objetivos, sirviendo de instrumento de planificación, coordinación y control a las gerencias de proyectos y servicios en EDVSA.• Identificación y cálculos de riesgos en costo y tiempo, de manera de mitigar/anticipar escenarios financieros y su correspondiente previsión en las estrategias del negocio en EDVSA• Detección de desvíos de costos y gastos entre el 1% y el 3% para proyectos/servicios y trabaje con los gerentes y departamentos pertinentes para hacer los ajustes.• Líneas base y proyecciones de costos y venta para proyectos y servicios, incluyendo desarrollo de histogramas, curvas S, KPI de planificación y costos, saldo, margen, cash flow, punto de equilibrio, análisis costo-beneficio y análisis de sensibilidad• Cálculos de contingencia media de aquellas actividades asociadas a los riesgos cuantitativos determinados.• Cálculos probalísticos de rendimientos y de variables asociadas a los costos de los proyectos y servicios.• Reportes ejecutivos, tableros de control y rendiciones de cuenta para reuniones internas de negocios.• Programación y gestión de cambios de proyecciones de costos y venta en Microsoft Dynamics AX y notificación de traspasos y reclasificaciones de costos.

• Monitor and report on projects status, expenditures versus budget, estimate cost to complete, budget updates and progress against baselines.• Liaise with planning leader, field engineers, engineering and procurement to keep them informed of the impact of activities on the project's financial forecast and feedback with the contracts departament. • Work closely with Project Managers to review project financial status, identify deviations from planned budget, and explain variances.• Participate in Change Management to identify areas of risk exposure that impact project costs• Prepare executive reports for board meetings and internal business meetings.• Operator of the Microsoft Dynamics AX ERP project module.• Reclassifications and transfer of costs to the corresponding cost centers.

• Interact with plant team, Plant Manager and Planning Manager to define baseline, scope of projects to develop and update detailed schedules and identification of variances from original plan.• Work closely with the Operations team to understand their priorities, objectives and processes and ensure that the SAP functionality is well understood and is effectively used in support of these processes and objectives.• Financial / Operation planning, consolidation financial, annual budgeting, financial accounting and controlling processes in SAP FICO, KPIs.• Management reporting to keep management and client informed on operations and projects progress of the plant.• Design and configuration in SAP PS of: projects structure (WBS/Networks), Cost and revenue planning, Material planning, Scheduling, Purchasing operations, Project subcontracting, Billing types definition, Progress analysis and Progress Tracking.• Prepare materials for Board meetings and internal business reviews.

• Develop scheduling, forecasting plans, and inventory levels.• Supervise in periodic warehouse inventory and cycle counts by making and verifying inventory counts.• Establishment performance measurement criteria and metrics/measurements.• Proactively identify areas to improve the operation efficiency and initiate projects to achieve such improvements.• Work in close cooperation with warehouse team.
