Conduct digitalization through the whole operation, improving the current initiatives in apps and software.Design, development and implementation of sound and profitable Business Strategies – identifying and capturing new business opportunities.Plan, guide, manage and control business’ activities in order to meet the company targets relating to growth and profitability compatible with shareholders’ interests. Cash flow generation, increasing market share through sales growth, continuous product portfolio development (keep company technologically updated) bearing in mind service quality and environmental protection.Develop and provide Tactical Plans, improve Business Intelligence & Pricing teams and tools, Margin management and Marketing & Communication Plans.Establish goals and specific basic policies for each company’s area, with definition of macro objectives and deployment of it in action plans ensuring implementation and execution trough set up and follow KPIs.Establish and maintains relationships with industry influencers, key suppliers and strategic partners.Oversees and evaluates market research and adjusts marketing strategy to meet changing market and competitive conditions.Insure visibility of the company and the credibility of services recommended and delivered to clients.
