Sales, Pre-sales and Support.Qualifications summary• Experience of 40 years in TI area, acting in software and solutions development into finance, banks, industries, utilities, telecommunications and government areas. • Knowledge on services platforms of Digital Service, VAS, Ant-Fraud, ERP, SAP, Rating, Billing, Revenue Assurance, Order Management, Inventory, Mediation, Provisioning, Portability and ABAP.• Strong skill in People Management and leadership by organizing, motivating, and coaching large groups locally and remotely around the world (virtual teams) and matrix organizations.• Large experience in Program and Project Management using the best practices of PMI to drive large, medium and small projects in Latin America. • Experience in formation and execution of complete programs, creating the governance to assure the contracts, costs, deliverables and SLAs, using the PMO structure and Agile methodology.• Knowledge to drive Certification process like ISO and CMMI, launching Methodologies and tools. • Strong skill for Sales and Pre-Sales by understanding RFI and RFP into normal context and/or in organizational transformation and systems integration.• Expertise to deal with Latin America culture in most part of the countries.• Native Portuguese, English and Spanish fluent.
