Post-hurricane response program leader in Puerto Rico after Irma and Maria, focused on research and recognition of families affected and contribute to solving the pressing need for housing after the storms.- General management, budgeting, team leader.- In charge of the architectural design, production and construction process of a low-budget, progressive and fast to build, shelter that would allow self-construction with volunteer support in low-income sectors.- Lead the set-up of a local volunteer team involved in different stages of social work, architectural design, logistics and supply, communications to broadcast and create awareness in civic society.- Public relations, fundraising, media, advisers, NGO´s, government, accountability

24 classrooms built: Material and volunteer logistics in complicated rural areas. Local community engagement in rural areas previous to our work, during and afterwards Coordination of 50 argentinian volunteer working between January and March in 16 different communities.Architectural project for a new primary school in Mangunze, Madjacaze working jointly with community leaders. Leading local community and government approval.

Leading strategic and operational work in every office and Region where TECHO has active work in Argentina. Responsible of the organizational 5-year plan, and annual planning of work in slums, volunteers, budget, fundraising, national and local government relationships, and leadership of the 12 active offices. Integration of strategy and operation, and the operational control of regional work across the country. In charge of a high development team of 80 paid employees and 1500 volunteers that work with more that 100 communities with local development and improvement.

Local fundrising strategy and operation in 4 offices of different provinces (Salta, Misiones, Neuquén, Rosario). Mainly to promote local funds to support volunteer action and to envolve local companys in field work. Leading fundrising for the organization expansion in a new province (Corrientes)

Leading Salta local office as the only full time responsible (team of 60 active volunteers): annual planning of work in different slums of the city, volunteers (motivating new young volunteers to join), budget, fundraising (envolving local companies in our work), local government relationships (to promote public policies that address poverty and focus in slums), and leadership of the local volunteering team.
