The 2 main achievements in this regional role (among many others) were setting up the first donation program in each LATAM country and creating a new community platform to enhance the impact of people. The user experience and understanding of our 20+ million users in LATAM was key to achieving the sustainability of the region in the short term. 'Movements' is a community-building platform that Change.org uses so that users fighting for the same issues congregate in one place. My role started with the ideation and complete design of the platform. After the development of the platform, I continued being the product owner and coordinating the evolution and improvement of the tool.

In this role, I was a key partner in managing the email program and social media for Change.org Argentina that brings together more than 5 million local users. Working with a team of campaigners requires speed and creativity. As a designer, I translated stories and campaigns into visual elements that could go viral on social media. One of the biggest challenges was to engage other communities with causes that were happening on the Change.org platform. A systematic work to recognize and engage Change.org in existing communities to get potential users attention was crucial. My tasks as design support to the team were involved in creating presentations and pitch decks, planning of a social media strategy, community management, flayers and newsletters, among other things.
