  • Comcast
Program Manager; Sales Tools And Systems
    Comcast Mar 2010 - Jun 2012
    Philadelphia, Pa, Us
My primary responsibility was to implement and evaluate the Comcast Business Services Sales Tools and Systems training programs. In this role I collaborated with members of Comcast University staff, senior business services operations management, and other department personnel regarding training needs, curriculum design, development, and delivery in order to create relevant solutions for Comcast Business Services. Based on my analysis I would work with consulting firms, obtain multiple statements of work from these vendors, and make recommendations to help develop, implement, and enhance training content, delivery, and evaluation while ensuring consistency with business objectives. I would see that all components of respective training programs included: learning objectives, performance objectives, participant and facilitator guides, videos, job aids, assessments, computer components, and student exercises. I would oversee end-to-end projects with emphasis on minimizing design/development redundancies, informing the team on any issues or concerns, and would facilitate communication strategies.I was responsible for scheduling a team of trainers whose responsibility was to support the nationwide roll out of Salesforce to the thousands of business account executives, business sales representatives, and business services leadership teams over a 6-month time frame. In doing so, I ensured learning schedules and calendars were administered, and participant records maintained through the LMS.I monitored closely our training programs and used the course evaluation data and feedback to strengthen the existing course ware. Based on these findings, I would either work with vendors to have new course ware developed, or if there was an immediate need, apply my instructional design background to modify training programs and develop additional material when necessary.
