In 1995, I founded CFM Brokers S.A., an SME specializing in the export of legumes and special crops. We started the company without working capital, initially operating as a broker for the sale of popcorn maize and dry legumes from producers to various exporters. We later became intermediaries between these exporters and international clients. By 1998, we began operating as an export company, establishing ourselves as a leading player in the legume and popcorn maize market.My growth and learning have been closely aligned with the development of the company. During this time, I have been involved in:Developing strategies to enhance the export of special crops.Searching for and developing new clients and markets.Advising companies on legume exports.In terms of management, I have been responsible for:Financial management.Control and oversight.Creation and management of strategic plans.Designing tasks, procedures, and improvement tools.In 2014, concerned about the political and social situation in Argentina, I decided to contribute to society by working in public administration for the Government of Buenos Aires City. My work in various governmental areas focused on improving citizen services, providing me with valuable insights into the social realities.In 2013, I began exploring the world of acting, theater, and audiovisual production. I have participated in advertisements, theatrical performances, musical comedies, and TV series as an extra. This experience continues to enrich me both personally and professionally.Since moving to Madrid in 2019, I have worked in several roles. As a commercial agent at a human resources company specializing in hospitality, restaurant, and construction sectors, and as a recruitment agent for these sectors. Additionally, I worked weekends as a waiter and bellboy, gaining in-depth knowledge of these fields. I also served as the assistant office manager at a multinational construction company.I remain actively involved in advertising and theater, combining my passion for the arts with my diverse professional experience.
