In this role I am the overall business responsible for the implementation of a new policy management software (DVV Mobility, Belfius Car). I build the bridge between the commercial organisation, the product factory, the end user and the IT department.- Manage and align stakeholders, both internal (business and IT) and external (end users, software supplier).- Clarify and prioritise business requirements.- Align the related projects (CRM, output management, overall product roadmap).- Prepare and manage the roll-out of the software, the training of the end-users and the communication process.- Keep the project in check with the overall business strategy.As mission team lead I work with a dedicated team of business analysts, productmanagers, an IT and a channel expert.
