My superpowers? I transform chaos into clarity and lead by listening.I used to be an engineer. I loved the work, but my projects often failed for business reasons. I went upstream to solve those problems as a management consultant. I delighted in the complex problems, but I missed building real products and services (PowerPoint decks don't cut it). Then it happened… an opportunity to create a medical device company from the ground up! It’s the right move when you’ve hired smart people, and it fosters empowered teams that deliver their best.My experience in the past few years covered everything from setting up a medical device supply chain, developing a patient service center beloved by the patients it served, instituting process and controls to keep everything in compliance (but without a bureaucracy headache), and establishing the digital infrastructure to support it all effectively.
