• Fostering the development of relationships among 72 residents• Planning and facilitating residence meetings and intentional programming that contribute to community engagement, inclusivity, diversity, personal development, relationships, and academic performance• Serving as a primary resource for residents, offering guidance on academic, social, and personal matters• Managing administrative duties: budgeting, maintenance requests, incident reports, and room transfers• Conducting weekly check-ins, mediating conflicts, and responding to crises• Certified In CPR, First Aid, Teal Dot, and Title IX

• Helping plan fly-in programs through the Office of Admissions for prospective students who are interested in attending the college• Recruiting current CMC students to host and mentor visiting students• Creating flyers to get students to host a prospective student• Reaching out to local businesses to purchase vouchers to reward students who hosted prospective students• Drafting and sending out emails to staff and faculty at Claremont McKenna College asking for their support in programming during the student visits

Currently overseeing four distinct social media accounts: Instagram, Twitter, Facebook and LinkedIn and currently developing a social media strategy in order to increase social media footprint

• Researched and identified various potential speakers for ongoing education series• Developed and executed an informative and interactive history presentation for a group of approximately 100 students, garnering positive feedback and high engagement rates• Maintained a database of past events hosted by the Korea Society’s Education Department in its 20-year history

• Scheduled and coordinated meetings, forwarded phone calls and messages, made photocopies and operated basic office machines• Collaborated with six financial aid officers to provide clear and accurate information to students seeking financial aid assistance, and explain financial aid policy and procedures• Managed office Instagram account with about 100 followers• Served as a liaison between the office and the student body by doing outreach at college events• Trained 2 new student workers about how to work and operate machinery
