Led IT Support & Sustainability work effort for the Global Mass Balance project. The project improves Refinery Operations and Planning (LP) Data Quality by deploying technology, work process and organizational capability.

Managed GMfg CIS Global RTM team which provides RTM and Business Intelligence (BI) subject matter expertise (SME) and technical support to 8 Refinery IT teams, Refinery business units, ETC and selected JVs.

Led Reliability Tools team to provide reliability tools subject matter expertise to Chevron R00#1 tracks. Team developed Reliability Scope deliverables that would become the foundation for the Reliability Tools of the Future (RTOF) project. Transitioned to RTOF project as reliability technical/business subject matter expert.

Managed Meridium support team supervising 8 FTE spread across 3 refineries supporting 6 GMfg refineries. Led the Meridium Core Team coordinating with Refining Best Practice teams (BINS) to implement Reliability tools to local refinery sites. Managed Chevron- Meridium Vendor relationship and activities across GMfg as member of Meridium Vendor User Steering Committee.

Managed and coordinated projects for Passport and Meridium for 6 GMfg refineries. Implemented process changes to implement ITIL best practice processes as well as centralizing IT support.

Led technical and coordination project support for GMfg Niche refineries. Coordinated overall Meridium support for all CPDS refineries. Implemented Meridium application in Microsoft architecture using NT, MTS, VB, NT Terminal Server, Citrix and Datastage.
