Worked with business stakeholders to design and build a custom Notes-based Engineering Change Management system, replacing an inefficient paper-based process. System was actively used for 20 years.Filled a hybrid administrator / developer role on the Baan ERP project team, tasked with replacing legacy systems with a central ERP. Customized all aspects of Baan, and developed components to integrate with related systems such as EDI and MES. Evaluated and implemented a third party fax server and developed integration components to add fax and email delivery capabilities to the ERP system.
