During this change management I was based out in Decathlon France and was responsible to do the prestudy, design, test, deploy SAP EWM solution for the Indian warehouses. • Together with a team of 20+ (Decathlon India & Decathlon France), we deployed EWM solutions for all the 3 Indian warehouses and were the first country within the Decathlon group to have EWM as a solution. The solution tripled productivity of the warehouse and the inventory shrinkage percentage was reduced from 10% to less than 1%.• The project was successful with 0 business blockers and was validated for duplication in 7 other countries.• Post release I was responsible for Hyper care and coached the support team.
