From August 2024, I am starting the next chapter of my evolution in cloud security with Wiz! As a Technical Account Manager, I play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless integration and optimal performance of security platforms for customers. I provide strategic guidance on best practices, drive process improvements for cross-departmental collaboration, and foster internal team growth with a focus on empathy. In my various roles, I worked closely with Product Management and Engineering to address customer issues, advocate for product enhancements, and support customer expectations across all market segments (4 years of Enterprise experience). My efforts have contributed to improved security outcomes, reduced infrastructure costs, and long-term customer retention, while also enabling knowledge transfer through documentation and stakeholder management.I have a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of California, Irvine, where I developed strong technical and analytical skills. I also have a passion for leadership and diversity, which I demonstrated as the Utah Pride ERG Lead at Dell Technologies, where I drove projects and created a vision to foster a safe and inclusive environment for the LGBTQIA+ community. I enjoy working in fast-paced and collaborative environments, where I can use my intelligence, compassion, resourcefulness, and interpersonal acumen to lead teams and organizations to success.
