The use of RouteONE can be used to reduce the lifecycle to implement GRC. as well as it being client specific and tailored to their business needs.I have been working on GRC AC10.0 learning about Access Risk Analysis (ARA), Access Request Management (ARM), Emergency Access Management (EAM), and BRF+.

During this time I was a member of the Support Centre working with Compliant User Provisioning Access Requests (CUP), Risk Analysis and Remediation (RAR), SAP Account Management - Creations and Super User Privileged Management (SPM). Now having merged with CSI Netherlands to form the company Integrc.

During my time in Walsh’s Hotel, it was solely based around the consumer. I was required to be friendly to the customer, welcoming and helpful especially during my time in reception being the initial contact of the Hotel. Other activities included money handling which in-turn proved I was trustworthy to handle money and settle accounts. Problem-Solving and most of all my communication skills were enhanced greatly, by meeting new people such as visitors from other Countries. This was the main objective whilst working there as cross communication could not be a barrier. This then increased my social life and was a huge confidence builder.
