Responsibilities:▓▒░▓▒░▓▒░▓■ Business Management - Oversees all business processes in the company.■ Team Leadership - Managing all project teams to tight budgets and schedules.■ Project Planning & Management - Project managing a portfolio of Clerk of Works projects to ensure that all teams are performing to the company's ISO 9001 standard and quality controls. ■ Surveying - Solving technical and design problems.■ Business Development - Manages the entire new business development process from finding new clients to writing winning bids.■ Technical Recruitment – Interviewing and employing the right technical professionals for the right projects.■ Senior Stakeholder Management - of the different project partners.■ Key Account Management – Managing and maintaining relationships with existing customers to ensure quality of service and delivery satisfaction. ■ Customer Service Management - Ensuring the outside based clerks of works have the support and information necessary to carry their duties to the satisfaction of the clients.■ Health & Safety Compliance – ensuring all work is compliant with current regulations.
