-Commercial real estate Facility manager with 15 years of experience leading teams for multi-national financial service companies.-Supervises and directs the Facility operations staff and monitors performance of assigned responsibilities. -Directs the performance of Facility departmental service requests. Ensures that work performed in all areas is accomplished efficiently with a minimum amount of disruption and within KPI metrics.-Manages departmental staff, including selection of people, job assignments, scheduling, coaching, performance appraisals and recognition.-Provide direction on compensation, promotions, disciplinary, and other personnel actions.
