I covered the 2017 Venezuelan riots by attending the protests, interviewing political figures and civil society as well as doing daily social media monitoring to contact sources. I interviewed human rights violation victims, went to hospitals to check the numbers of wounded and deceased to work on a interactive time line with all their names, ages and circumstances around their deaths. My work resulted winner of a Best Coverage Award given by the Inter-American Press Association.
