Twenty years ago, two of my brothers and I set up React Computer Partnership. React provides IT systems aimed at helping companies become more profitable and productive.Initially, our primary goal was to offer clients a high level of service and the best advice possible and that’s still true today, however the technology available to us now is far superior to that on offer when we started so we can also now make a real difference to the way a company works. We can set up systems to reduce workload, monitor deadlines and present important information in a concise and clear way. This enables companies to minimise repetitive tasks and take quick and effective action based on up-to-date information, which leads to greater productivity.My favourite of all of the services we offer are the Microsoft products, available at a low monthly cost or even for free. These include SharePoint, PowerBI, Excel and now PowerApps. Using my excellent understanding of business processes, I am able to support companies to use these products to make your job far simpler and give you quick and easy access to all the information you need, often on just one screen.Some of the ways we at React have used these products to have the biggest impact are by creating a central list of all outstanding telephone calls that need to be returned, a one-page view for all sales activity and graphical reports to highlight real time performance, where previously only out of date printouts were available.Our company has an excellent track record of maintaining clients.
