Normal laytime calculations & detention calculationsb. Spot cargo laytime calculationsc. Ad hoc calculations (commercial & trial requests)Maintaining internal and external quality of laytime calculations:a. Maintain accuracy of calculations:i. Internal calculation accuracy- accuracy of calculations as check internallyii. External calculation accuracy- accuracy of calculations sent to charterersiii. Dispute and defence quality- quality and effectivity of arguments sent to customersb. Calculation checkingi. Review calculation-checking calculations done by another laytime analystii. Recommend revisions, agree, and finalize laytime calculation for sending to chartererc. Record internal and external errors per calculation for coaching and training analysisMaintaining effective laytime knowledge management:a. Conduct regular team/panel discussion and challenge the team’s interpretation oflaytime conceptsb. Do thorough laytime case research and analysisc. Maintain good records of knowledge references (QRG or Quick Reference Guides, caselaw, book references, etc.)

Receives case endorsement from Safety and Security Supervisor and/or Safety and Security Manager.Gathers related documentary evidence of the case being investigated.Prepares analysis of potential issues of the case being investigated.Issues summon/invitation to all involved personnel in the case being investigated.Collates, secure material pieces of evidence vital to the case being investigated.Observes demeanor of suspect during the conduct of routine questioning.Prepares Investigation Reports (IR) based on the gathered information, facts and analysis of the investigation.Submits Investigation Reports (IR) to the Safety and Security Supervisor for review and enhancement.Maintains the file of all approved Investigation Reports (IR) for reference and actual precedent for cases to be investigated.All other related tasks may be assigned from time to time.

Assist the Team Leader to manage performance and compliance of 3PLs/Brokers (CEVA, DHL & Transworld)Assist for approving Tabs booking and other activity that would incur charges

Secure All import Document coming from the agent abroad- Weekly Monitoring forthe shipment that will arrive in all port of the Philippines- Contact notify consignee / Shipping line / freight forwarder for the shipment- Pre alert/pre advice consignee / shipping line / freight forwarder for the updates of their shipment- monitor the movement of the shipment- inquire rate for the particular shipment that will arrive in Philippines- Secure Invoice billing for both consignee & shipper
