I handled 10+ teams that work hand-in-hand to better reach the company's goals alongside with building high performing teams that efficiently gets the work done. I was also involved in management decisions regarding operations and responsible for the direction of the employees in their day-to-day workflow. Also, I was responsible in making security measures so that employees who are working in the Encompass platform will not perform work that may cause security breaches.

The Solutions Director of E-commerce handles 5 teams of developers/analysts that promotes and helps the e-commerce sector of Encompass. My main role is to help the teams out on how they will work more efficiently and productively in line with the company's goals. Using KPIs and building out strategies to have better implementation in making customers feel more satisfied.

Handled a team of around 7 to 9 developers which builds customizations for our customers and helps the team maintain coding standards and have high quality output. This role also helped me in doing project management and speaking directly to project managers that help boosted up my people management skills.

I was part of the Professional Services team that mainly builds custom applications using C#, HTML, CSS, and Javascript on top of the Encompass platform for specific customer needs.
