Currently employed with Aramark in Denver, Colorado. I’m the General Manager for Fiddler’s Green Amphitheatre and the newly acquired Sunset Amphitheater in Colorado Springs. Prior to relocating to Denver I got my start with Aramark at East Carolina University in Greenville, North Carolina. Working with the higher education branch of food and dining services. With two of those years being a student manager and having 3 years experience at the supervisor level. Having managed with numerous national brands such as Chick-Fil-A, Panda Express, Starbucks, Subway, Java City and a mobile Starbucks. I helped to launch at that time the 3rd Starbucks Mobile Truck in the world. I have completed the Advanced Store Training Certification with Starbucks. I am also ServSafe Alcohol and Food certified and completed the Chick-Fil-A Licensee Orientation Program.In December 2014 I graduated from East Carolina University with a Hospitality Management Degree. I also completed a Minor in Business Management.
