Managing the entire precast fabrication plant, producing structures and alveolar slabs, goes outside of coordinating the production team. I am also responsible for leading the support areas, such as, maintenance, warehouse staff, expedition team. Working for maintain all the teams motivated and focused on quality, security, lead time and constant lean production thinking. I am co-responsible for implementation the controllership process in the company, defining and developing KPIs, initially regarding to the production performance and costs. I coordinate the utilization of the production ERP, in order to offer accurate data for the Income Statement and the Cash Flow Statement (DRE and DFC in Portuguese).I also developed the mapping and control of IP addresses for the company's entire computer network, making it easier to manage IT.The main achievements were:• Teams More Collaborative and Conscious about the company goals;• Environment oriented to innovation and continuous improvement;• Consistent Quality Improvement - reduction of non conformities in the production;• Production Costs Reduced due to the reduction of rework/errors;• Assembly Costs Reduced due to the better integration between assembly and production teams (assembly sequence and expedition planning);• Increased Productivity, expressed in hour-man per volume of concrete processed;• Important Reuse Culture established on the factory floor - reducing waste;• Process of consumption notation for costs measurement implemented; • Costs Managements Reports for every client/contract;• KPIs monitoring the Production Process implemented• Easier management of network infrastructures information.

The main activities began by understanding the precast production process, drawing it and it's information workflow, listing main features, restrictions and finding out the production capacity for the new plant located in Brodowski/SP.After that, I developed the entire process and tools for planning, identification and registration the productions figures.The main achievements were:• Macro process flowchart; • Planning and Production Control process defined and running;• The essentials production's metrics implemented;• Quality control implemented with Pareto chart showing the root causes of non conformities;• Traceability of the productive process;• Systematic view of the process, seeking greater integration of value-generating activities through all departments, from the project to delivery of the precast parts to the customers• Better integration between the project team and fabrication team, reducing production bottlenecks and project interferences.

Participation in the project flow cash building. Responsible for managing contracts of the main suppliers of industrial equipments for the new plant, following chronograms and contractual events fabrication to release funds to the suppliers, including visits at manufacturing units in order to check the physical evolutions of the equipments.The main achievements were:• Equipments delivered according to the contracts, regarding the time, costs and technical specifications; • Correct Suppliers payments• Successful accomplishment the chronogram of new factory.
