Eur)-Working Capital & Credit management optimization, % Current receivables & DSO improvement,

-Self assessment of the company as per European Foundation for Quality Management model, analysis of areas for improvement and process improvement set up, -Participation to the leading change strategy for the European through the TQM,.-Set up and teaching training sessions in ‘Process Management’ modul.Main achievements:-TI Europe winner of European Foundation for Quality Management Award (EFQM), sharing best practices and implementation of benchmarking process, reingineering of key processes.
