Opening in August 2011 in the Former Shanghai French Concession is "Brasserie La Fourchette". This new Brasserie will differentiate itself from any other by just not being a 100 % or just too much French. Yes the name is French, but beside that we want this venue to be "The International Brasserie in Shanghai" representing the way Shanghai has become a Metropolis, and the way cultures and people have mix together. Shanghai born - Australian raised chef Peter Gong's menu uses French cuisine technique to create some international, fusion mix dishes hoping to satisfy everyone's palate. French born - American raised manager Franck Krynen' drink and wine hand picked list will allow you to travel across the world and still be on Xiang Yang road.... Brasserie La Fourchette, will offer you four different settings as you walk in including a cafe bistro lounge area, for relaxing moments either before or after your meal. The Cellar Space, taking you right near all the wines proposed and allowing you and your friends to enjoy them on the wine commune table. The Long 15 M Bar, representing the Brasserie at it s best, where you will always find someone that you know and where the beers and cocktails will be fresh and well served, allowing you to take a look at a very inspired small food bar menu. And finally, the Center area where you will hopefully use your Fourchette at your best.
