To tell you a little bit about myself, I graduated from a MSc Data Science from Columbia University after completing a first master's degree in applied mathematics from Ecole Polytechnique (Paris). This allowed me to combine the strong theoretical scientific foundation provided by the French education system with the more applied orientation of the American one. After that, leveraging the visa opportunity afforded to students, I worked for a year at a Startup tackling AI for video editing called TRASH, joining at its inception stage as the first employee. During my tenure there, i had the opportunity of being exposed to many aspects of an AI start up in its early stages: setting the support back end infrastructure for training with user data, researching network architecture with phone performance constraints or debugging features under the pressure of a deadline. It also allowed me to develop my coding and data science skills in a working environment. For my next job opportunity, I am looking for a position where I can continue to sharpen my skills while bringing a significant contribution to an interesting project.
