MAGELLAN is a software publisher company for secure electronic transaction management.We specialise in payment solutions.MAGELLAN was founded in 2000; Its headquarters is based in Lyon in France since 2003.Many of the early projects involved building systems to handle acceptance devices (i.e. ATMs, POS terminals, mPOS) and manage all schemes bank authorisations (i.e. MasterCard, Visa, JCB, AMEX, eRSB...). They led to the launch of the first product, CARAVEL, in 2001.In 2014, MAGELLAN innovated and launched a new line of software, compliant with international security rules as PCI DSS, which is called SET2U.In addition, we also offer a tokenisation server, S-TOKEN, to desensitise and anonymise sensitive data.
