Andritz France – ASAP Project Andritz Separation France is a subsidiary of the Austrian company Andritz whose main activity is the separation of fluids and solids in water treatment in the areas of environment, agri-business, chemicals and mining and minerals.Sap was implemented in France in 2009 as part of the migration of the worldwide core model .The main tasks of the project consultant was entrusted to three axes:- Process improvement MM / WM - to review the configuration of the MM / WM modules and mapping of the flows between different storage locations. - to support the implementation and execution of the annual physical inventory in MM and WM - to configure, test and implement the cycle counting inventory on Sap-Support the logistics management - LL01 training - development of reporting tools for the establishment of logistics documentation-MDM : to support the MDM manager in his new role - to complete training data (item description, info, shopping, suppliers) - to assist in the auditing and definition of master data required parameters - to support in setting up the workflow of master data- Roles and authorisations : - refocusing the roles and authorisations (revision of transactions related to Sap roles) according to the definition given through the Aris Bpm software
