Responsible for the coordination of activities in the HealthNet-project in nine countries in West and Central Africa. Liaison between project partners, usually Ministries of Health and Medical Schools, and the Information and Technical Departments at SatelLife. Provided technical assistance and training in using information technologies during site visits to Burkina Faso, Cameroon, Ghana and Sénégal.

Coordinator of two training programs with the judiciary and human rights activists in Ukraine. Both projects required regular site visits, training of human rights activists at seminars, budget management and reporting to donors. Also assistant to the project manager of US$ 2 million human rights education programs at the primary and secondary school levels in Albania, Estonia, Romania and Ukraine. Coordinator of the South-East-North network, a network of human rights educators from Africa, Asia, Latin America, North America and Europe.

Responsible for the preparation and coordination of the "Tolerance Festival" in Bucharest in collaboration with local human rights groups, cultural and educational institutions. This festival included the traveling exhibition "Anne Frank in the World, 1929-1945", an exhibition on the Holocaust in Romania, a round table on "Teaching Tolerance through History", and a newspaper for junior high schools.
