To effectively manage the centrally owned IP Database (Memotech), provide continuous and regular patent annuity expertise between IP Divisions, Group Legal and service provider of patent annuities (CPA (Computer Patent Annuities)), provide data consistency models to the IP Divisions, prepare and help implement needs assessments for the IP Divisions’ work processes, and take a leading role in Group Legal projects as identified.Take an active lead role in data conversion projects within IP Divisions, as identified by Group.Organize and perform routine needs assessments as defined and needed for IP Division and sites.Provide Data integrity checks and monitoring system to support IP Divisions.Identify areas where efficiency can be gained through process improvement initiatives.Expertise role in understanding country law changes and accuracy in CPA Memotech.Central management of the IP database (CPA Memotech).Key project management role in IP related projects (i.e. Electronic Document Management, Legal Litigation...).
