2007-2011: *) Managing Netvibes product development team, including architecture, design, engineering, support and QA (25 people)*) In charge of the product evolution, switching from a B2C to a B2B model. *) Working with the management team and our shareholders to define the yearly and quarterly objectives*) Deliver new releases and back it all up with data in order to match the business model and gain profitability2012-2017: *) Since the acquisition of the company by Dassault Systemes I was also in charge of delivering internal solutions based on the Netvibes technology to various entities of Dassault Systemes*) In addition we increased the Netvibes footstep online. I was in charge of doubling the website traffic and reached 120% of that goal.2018-2019: *) Leading the transformation of Netvibes into it's next step
