Numericable SFR is the number one alternative telecoms operator in France, with 16 billion AUD Revenues. Numericable SFR is also an operator providing a comprehensive range of services meeting the expectations of private and business customers alike, offering them the best of the digital world. At year-end 2015, the total number of mobile customers was 22 million, and the active broadband residential customer base represented 6,5 million customers, which represent respectively a 28% and 25% market share.As Head of Finance I was held three roles concurrently and managed a team of 15 people:Head of Business Planning for Network and IT Investments; Head of Finance for the IT Systems Division; Finance Director of “SFR Collectivites”, one of SFR Branches. As Head of Business Planning for Network and IT Investments I designed and developed the 5-year plan for Mobile and Broadband technologies roll-out (3G/4G, Cable, DSL and Fiber) worth 2 billion AUD in investments each year. Additionally, I acted as the Finance Project Champion for projects related to Network strategy, including competitive selection procedures for the assignment of new radio frequencies and deals with competitors.As Head of Finance for the IT Systems Division, I managed the financial statements for the main entities of the group: SFR, Numericable and Virgin. I led the yearly P&L budget and quarterly forecast in close cooperation with the IT Team and prepared the monthly reporting pack for the board.As Finance Director of "SFR Collectivites", I directed the financial activities of 20 companies created in partnership with local communities to develop Broadband Internet networks in rural areas and was responsible for closing the monthly accounts, the budget and 20-year business plan for each company. I managed the Cash-Flow and participated in the quarterly General Meetings between the Executive Board and key stakeholders.

In this role I was providing insight into key financial target for 2 business units : Internet Access (DSL, Fiber) and Telephony activities: 3 billion AUD Revenues and 6 million customers. I was accountable for closing the monthly accounts, quarterly budget and strategic plan for Revenues, Marketing, Retention and Branding costs. Additionally, I was the Head of Revenue Management for mass market broadband offers which involved the design of commercial offers P&L, the profitability of marketing campaigns, analysis of the sales and customers base forecast.

9 Telecom was a telecommunications company which provided internet services to its 4 million customers worth 4 billion AUD Revenue.In this role I was ensuring the consistency of financial imperatives for the B to C activities. I managed the Financial Statements for 4 companies; 9Telecom (1 million customers), Cegetel (1 million customers), AOL (0.5 million customers) and Club Internet (0.5 million), in delivering budgets, forecast, accounts closing, kpi's and board report.

In this fast growing start-up, I was in charge of revenue closing and analysis (300M AUD). I controlled the branding and acquisition costs for new customers and forecasted customer’s dynamics per offer, and I had to liaise with Sales and Marketing Directors to implement financial best practices in the company.
