Ho portato a termine il progetto per la realizzazione del sito E-commerce: www.decaweld.com. Tutto questo mi ha portato ad una approfondita conoscenza di tutti i processi aziendali (da quello produttivo a quello commerciale, fino a quello logistico e amministrativo) a livello di ERP/MRP (di nome “GYPROS” della Thera in ambiente AS400) e a livello procedurale visto che ho dovuto impostare il nuovo CRM , configurandone tutta l’archiviazione documentale della gestione clienti/fornitori.Commercial Manager at the Deca S.A.
