Specialist in the study of sound fields and noise control, focused on environmental noise management, characterization, and localization of sound sources, as well as active noise control and acoustic emission. Manage and develop different systems using LabVIEW software as a certified software architect, train the team of programmers and generate technical information for software development. Direct and develop functional code for software and hardware systems, digital signal processing algorithms, SQL relational databases, graphical data and configuration interfaces, network data communications and industrial networks. Develop remote data interfaces and service web applications with SSL data encryption. Develop accelerated validation tests for software and hardware systems.Selected Contributions: • Design the software architecture and functional code for the modernization of the Peruvian Navy sonar systems, using digital signal processing algorithms and DLL libraries, reducing development time by 50% and implementation cost by 70%, using accelerated tests methods to hardware and software.• Design the software architecture of a SCADA system for monitoring the condition status of the BCP bank's data center, fully using the object-oriented programming methodology and SQL relational database, giving it scalability, flexibility, robustness, and maintainability, as well as the ability to record and visualization of more than 10 thousand variables such as temperature, humidity, energy, equipment operation, etc., all in real time. • Design the software architecture of a web service platform and SQL relational database, fully using the object-oriented programming methodology, to manage the data information of state condition of roads, using digital maps, GIS, image processing, tables, dashboards, and historical data.

Managed engineering projects for the development of automatic road auscultation equipment mounted on survey vehicles using LabVIEW, develop algorithms for real-time data processing, digital signal processing and artificial vision. For automatic crack detection on roads, pattern recognition, automatic inventory of road signs, IRI calc., texture calc., etc.
